We understand chartering a yacht could seem daunting, but we aim to make it as simple and enjoyable as possible below are a few questions we often get asked.
We strive to ensure that we provide the perfect charter. We ensure that everything we do is exclusively designed around our charter guests needs and requirements. There is nothing out of the realm of possibility, and we will always endeavour to provide special or specific itinerary requirements to make your day the best it can possibly be.
No unfortunately not. We try to include food and drinks to cater for all. If you have any specific drink or food requirements please let us know on your booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Children are more than welcome onboard Oceanus. Children will be required to wear lifejackets at all times and will remain the sole responsibility of the charter guests. Please let us know the number and ages of children when booking so we can ensure we have the correct safety equipment onboard for your charter.
Oceanus and our the attention of our crew are 100% yours. From the minute you enquire with us, to the minute you leave the boat everything is exclusively at your disposal, as the sole charter guest.
Oceanus is a big boat, swimming is certainly not a requirement at all. We have lifejackets for everyone to wear if they feel safer doing so during the charter. In case of an emergency, we have state of the art brand new safety equipment and fully trained crew to ensure regardless of your strengths in the water everyone would be guided to safety.
Onboard Oceanus we try to provide everything you could possibly want. We provide towels for sunbathing and swimming which you are welcome to use. We would always suggest bringing and extra warm layer of clothing though.
The Captain will monitor the weather in the lead up to your charter and let you know if any adverse weather is going to affect your charter day. We will give you as much notice as possible if we need to make an alteration to your day, and discuss arranging an alternative date.
Oceanus is fully MCA coded, meaning we have all the latest safety equipment onboard.
We are more than happy to accommodate any alternatives arrangements for embarking/disembarking, these can be discussed at the point of booking, and we can confirm if there is an additional cost.
