Onboard Oceanus, the crew manages every practical element of the charter from the moment guests arrive at Ocean Village Marina in Southampton. The yacht is prepared and presented immaculately. Guests can be welcomed with a champagne reception and/or breakfast platter for morning departures and given a brief, unhurried introduction to the spaces before casting off.
Once underway, the skipper navigates the Solent with the kind of local knowledge that only comes from years on these waters – finding the best anchorages, timing the route to make the most of the conditions, and knowing exactly when to slow down and let a particular view do its work. The rest of the crew look after guests throughout ensuring they are professional and attentive.
Catering, drinks, and activities are all managed around the pace and mood of the group. Our Technohull chase boat and water toys – wakeboards, stand up paddleboards, and banana boats – are deployed when the group is ready, not on a fixed schedule.
