What is the guest capacity onboard?
Up to 12 guests can be chartered onboard. Oceanus is one of the largest and most luxurious charter vessels based in the UK. There is an abundance of space for guests to relax within the spacious saloon area, or enjoy the sunshine on the flybridge deck. You can find out more about Oceanus on ‘The Yacht’ page.
What is the cost of private yacht hire?
The cost of private yacht hire with Oceanus varies depending on your requirements. We offer a range of charter options from sightseeing and culinary cruises to private hire for special occasions. All charters have the option of adding fine dining with a private chef. Please reach out to us via phone, email or via our webform and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote for your yacht hire.
Do your charters have dining options?
Yes, all private yacht charters with Oceanus have the option of adding fine dining with a private chef. You are welcomed onboard with a champagne reception followed by a fully tailored dinner or lunch service with accompanying wine for up to 12 guests. We also have a Culinary Cruise itinerary where we will charter you and your guests to dine at one of the UK’s most iconic restaurants, The Hut in Colwell Bay.
Can I hire for commercial purposes?
Absolutely. Oceanus is a great choice for filming luxury style content / hosting photoshoots. If you’re looking for a high specification private yacht for your next commercial project, please reach out to us we’d be happy to discuss this further with you and provide a quote.
Can I hire for a corporate event?
Of course, we love hosting corporate events! Oceanus has capacity for up to 12 guests, so if you’re looking for an intimate venue for corporate hospitality / teambuilding / corporate event then it’s an ideal venue. You can choose dining options to suit your requirements, e.g. being tendered ashore to the renowned beachside restaurant The Hut, or dining onboard with a buffet lunch, or even fine dining with a private chef. Do you hire overnight?
No, we do not currently offer overnight stays onboard Oceanus. However, if you would like to enhance your exerperience with an overnight stay before or after your charter please let us know. We can secure a room at at the only luxury five-star hotel and spa in Southampton, The Harbour Hotel.
